I applied and 72 hours later got a call from the hiring manager we talked for about an hour on the phone and I was instructed that he was going to send my information on to HR for the next step in the hiring process. I was told this was not a guarantee of employment but that generally when he passes the information on they usually hire the individual so the rest of the process was basically dependent on my background/ motor vehicle report and other things. I've taken all steps in the process as they have been handed to me by Hr. Their HR department is awesome also. They are timely with their responses and helpful if there has arisen a need for assistance. I haven't started yet but I have nothing to hold me from getting the position. Overall it was an easy interview. They make it very clear that they are not looking for anyone playing games so to speak and they have given me all information pertaining to employment with their company and the benefits sound great. I'm very excited to move forward with them.
