Multiple interviews with a number of individuals on the immediate team. From Director on down. Each interview lasted 30 mins and then was moved onto the next person. Had a pre-qualifying phone interview to start.

The interview process was lengthy and repetitive, but did offer the opportunity to speak with a number of different teams and stakeholders. Overall, slightly to long but does allow for you to get a good feel of the role and who you would be working with.

Very straightforward process. Recruiter kept me informed delays and coached me on the panel interviews. A great experience overall. I never felt dismissed or ghosted.
