The interview process was thorough, fair, engaging, warm and friendly. I was screened not only for skills and expertise, but also strongly for cultural and team fit. I was given the opportunity to meet with multiple team members not only from the hiring team, but adjacent departments. In addition, in the final phase, I was given a real world challenge (i.e. create a presentation/story about the Twitter opportunity in a given segment) to complete in approximately 24 hours, then presented it in-person at the interview.
