The Twitter APM process was a breath of fresh air compared to many other top silicon valley companies. I interviewed at all the top APM programs and Twitter was the best experience. My recruiter was awesome and helped guide me through the process. Once I was contacted the whole process took 3 weeks to an offer. Two phone screens then an onsite. Interviews were fair but thorough. I would focus on making sure you can clearly articulate your thoughts and rational behind the answers you give during the interviews. Cracking the PM Interview was very helpful.

I received an email couple days ago saying that "It is with great pleasure to inform you of your 1st round interview with Twitter's APM team", and they asked me for some basic information like interview availability, offer deadline, and immigration status(I'm a F1 student with OPT extension).
I was super excited to hear that since the APM program is like my dream job. I spent three full-days talking to my friends at Twitter and prepping for the interview, only to find out that they cancelled my interview and moved on with other candidates.
This is bull***it.
