One of the most beautiful yet ugly interview process with a company. The HR team from Singapore was in touch with me. I gave 7 interviews (2 presentations). The interview process was amazing. The interviewers were super smart and engaged me in some great conversations.
The ugly part of the story was the HR. The department was always slow with updates. In fact, they didn't even bother to call me and tell me the final decision. After following up for days, and literally reaching out to the hiring manager, the HR sent me a reject over WhatsApp saying that the hiring manager has gone ahead with someone. It's sad that a company so big, doesn't even have respect for a candidate to communicated the message in a better way. I received a formal rejection email 47 days after that WhatsApp.
Ironically, one of Twitter's values is "Communicate fearlessly to build trust"
