Recruiter was disorganised and ghosted after 3 interviews. Sent me the wrong video chat link after I had to wake up at an ungodly hour to interview with a team member in a different time zone. Explained the recruitment process early on and then added new steps last minute. Interviewers themselves were nice but seemed stressed and preoccupied during interview.
