The interview process consisted of multiple steps:
- Interview with HR
- Cognitive and personality test
- Peer interview
- Interview with hiring manager and role play (real customer case scenario)
- Interview with the department head

Do your homework and take time to research about company and position, also recruiter will send you resource to prepare for the cognitive test, do some prep, as it will be much easier for you to pass it. Overall, I had great experience and it is super nice that the recruiter connected with me after each step to give feedback and to give insights about next step
First round HR approx 20 mins
Hiring Manager Interview 30 mins situational questions
Homework case study which then you need to present in 45 mins to 3 people, additional questions in that round
Final interview with Department lead

Was invited for an interview, however the recruiter wasn’t interested in an interview whatsoever. Finished in 5 minutes although it was stated it should take about 30-45 mins. They didn’t even turn their camera on.

All I got to do was schedule a recruiter call, but the recruiter never showed up and did not answer my email when I followed up. The recruiter last minute rescheduled the timeframe, I confirmed the new time frame and then was a no show. It would be one thing if they apologized and answered my email, but nothing at all. This company seems to be doing bad fiscally, so I think I think it was net positive for me.
