      Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Wrike (Praga) en mar 2020

      Entrevista

      After a phone screen the recruiter decided to go to the step 2 of the recruitment process due my strong background for that position he said. The HR assigned to me kind of "home work" for prepare the CCAT test, that include the Cognitive Assessment 40 questions to answer in 20 minutes and the Personality Assessment - Untimed. After some training I was able to succeed most of this online test simulation, that does not test at all the real skills for the job, your organizational thinking, neither your IQ. The job it is supposed to be the support for their software. I used to work for an higher position then this - managing a more complex environment as user administrator, and troubleshooter for a lot of Softwares, applications, services, virtual environments and different devices, as well coordinate major incidents and so on. The day of the Test arrived, it was really stressfull, I completed the 82.5% of the test. Now, assuming that in the worst case I mistaken half of the answers and the overall score it was 40% - I would be able to succeed the test based on the test guideline (in the simulations I performed between 50% and 74%) that seems to be pretty good. Anyway the day after the HR called for refer that I fail the test, I asked for what is their percentage requirement and no a clear answer, I asked for my score but he didn't want to give me this information. In the previous interview the HR was claiming that lot of people fail the test, even the Developers, he remarked. I think that is a total waste of time, my online simulations test are ok, my IQ is above average, in my previous jobs I always been one of the top performers like troubleshooter, public relator and seller. So if you don't want to waste time, avoid.
