Only had one interview over the phone but the employee was very nice and personable. She described all the benefits and what the work schedule would look like. She also described the interview process and was very through and transparent about their process.

Lengthy process. Five months later and I'm still in the queue. While I certainly understand the need to hire the right people and find a culture fit, the process is ridiculous, given the actual job you are applying for. Some US Government jobs are faster to hire than these folks. I also felt like the WWP interviewers did not share notes (i.e.: a lot of repeat questions, which demonstrate they didn't do the homework on their end. In my opinion, this process speaks volumes about the type of organization they are. If they can't really get their internal house in order (HR, etc) how can we expect them to support our Veterans?
