Loooooong, 3 month process. I was told, by numerous people that interviewed me, that I was "a perfect fit and exactly what they hire." After 3 months and numerous interviews, HR pulled the job and told me they decided to make the job entry level. The process was drawn out, frustrating and unfair, however this was an HR situation and a case where one had didn't realize what the other was doing. There are some wonderful people there and I still believe it's an outstanding organization with a great mission. I hope they have corrected this because they will lose some great candidates otherwise.
