The interview process was overall a great experience. They really care about you as a person and how you will fit into the company. They believe that anything they do from a company standpoint is teachable. But what they’re really looking for is how you would fit with the team and the core values. Know the core values of the company!!!! And shape all of your answers around that. When you go into the interview, try and be personable and outgoing. Their core values and company culture are no joke. They truly embody it and it shows with every person that works there! Just go in and be yourself! They obviously will have questions based on what type of work you did at your previous job and they want to know what kind of work you could do for world wide, but the most important thing is the core values and how you will fit with the culture!
