I worked for WV previously so the process was straight forward. However, the onboarding was extremely complex with myriads of paperwork to be submitted from a relief site, which was difficult. Sorting out payroll, benefits took months.

A lot of legal jargon in regards to same-sex marriage. Interview lasted about an hour (a little long for an initial interview). I was frustrated there was no follow-up from recruiter after they expressed great interest to me.
