I applied for a consultant position (remote work) that had been advertised. I was selected for the first step of selection/elimination through a written test after about one month. The written test was for three hours with three questions related to the topic and to be submitted via email. They were essay type of questions with 40, 30 and 30 points respectively. I received a regret response on my written test after two months.

Competency based interview. It was a video call with a panel of four and there was a four or five questions. Questions were competency based, which means you were supposed to give good examples from your previous work experiences.

Written test with a case aligned with the responsibilities of the job description and a couple of technical questions. It's done online using word and powerpoint and you have one hour to send it back. Then a panel interview with 4 members and they all ask at least a question after you introduce yourself. The interview took less than an hour.

Standard Competency Based Interview, 4 questions. Standard Competency Based Interview, 4 questions. In terms of difficulty, it was average. It all depends who you get as the Panel (yeas, and Hiring Manager).
