Japanese international cooperation Agency conducted the interview because the program was part of jica programme (Japan overseas cooperation volunteers: JOCV). TOEIC test score was required to submit preliminary.

Interview process was quick and competency based questions were asked. a mix of competency and technical questions. the hiring manager with HR and one other unit representative were in the panel. Warm welcome, friendly behavior
It was a normal competency-based interview (CBI) conducted by the UN. It was online using the Microsoft Teams application and that can be prepared with sample questions that last about 30 minutes.
