It was very smooth. However, they didn't seem to care who or what I've done. Honestly looked like they were trying to sell me how much success I can achieve.

Was brought in by a friend with just the knowledge that it was a corporate overview. Found out at the site what the company was. There was a large group of people also brought in by friends who worked there. We were given a tour of the office, then taken out to meet all the top managers. Informally talked to each person and they introduce you to the next person after they finish. Talked to about 8 people total until it was time for the presentation. They pitch the business to you and tell you they expect to hire driven workers. After the presentation they interview each person. Seemed like most people that came got an offer.
