There were multiple interviews with staff at various levels over the course of a month with each interview lasting for about an hour. The degree of intensity varied based on the individuals doing the interviewing.

Smooth and fair. The interviewers were extremely technical in their approach, and asked questions to ensure I would be a good fit for the technical work at the WB. Overall, the process was very positive and I would recommend.
Process was smooth, it was composed of a first panel interview (personal and behavioural questions) followed by a writing test and a final interview with the director of the department
