Entrevista
Applied for the role in early December 2016. Received a call end February 2017 by the hiring manager if I was still looking for a job and interested to come down for an interview. Waited for another 2 weeks before receiving a call to schedule a f2f interview.
2 March: First interview with the hiring manager (Office Administrator) and Program Assistant. Very detailed but encouraging interview.
A few days later, got a call for the 2nd interview.
9 March : 2nd interview was with the Investment team comprising of 4 Investment Officers and a Senior Credit Officer (The Boss)

Lots of processes, there are standardized tests, role-based tests before panel interviews. You could have one-on-one interviews after the panel interviews, depending on your location. It helps to prepare and be confident. Also hope it’s a friendly panel.

Entrevista
1.Application Screening: After submitting your application, the hiring team conducts an initial screening of candidates.
2.Shortlisting: A Selection Advisory Committee reviews the longlist and recommends a shortlist of three to five candidates for interviews.
3. Interviews: These may include on-demand video interviews, panel interviews, or one-on-one interviews.
4. Selection: The hiring team selects the candidate who best fits the role and team needs.
5. Offer and Appointment: A Letter of Appointment is issued after reference checks and paperwork.
