I applied through their website, they emailed me to schedule a phone interview, answered some mock customer service questions, and went in for an hour in person interview. The first half hour was with two of the three Operations Managers and the second half hour was with the last Operations Manager and the Training Manager.

Phone interview with the hiring manager, then an in-person peer interview with employees in the role, then answering written scenarios specific to the position, and lastly an in-person interview with the leadership team.
