-Five interviews (two were panel).
- All interviews used video accept the first one.
- Everyone was very pleasant and transparent.
- Recruitment team had some miscommunication which lead to some confusion but, did rectify
- Towards the end of the process the response times about next steps and if decision had been made began to lag
