Initial phone call to discuss the role, followed by a full-day of interviews about 2 weeks later and then a final phone call about a week after that.
The people I interviewed with were very open and honest about both the opportunities and challenges that the new person in this role would face. I appreciated that. They were easy to talk with and were very well organized throughout the process.
