Extremely flexible and able to make remote calls. Everyone was extremely personable (which is hard to do over the phone), enthusiastic, and interested in who I was. I was especially impressed with the amount they had looked into my resume so they knew especially what points to talk with me about before calling. They made me feel important before they even gave me a job.
