-Apply online (resume, cover letter, the works) -10 minute screening interview via phone (one person, gauging interest and capability) -30 minute phone interview (One person, seriously gauging interest and capbility) -1 hour skype interview (2 30-min segments, both with panels of 3-4 people each. No technical questions but a looooooot of personality questions)

It was pretty easy, the interviewer was nice. Very straightforward, with typical first interview questions. She was quite friendly too which made me less nervous. Although it took a while to hear back.
