I am very happy with my current employment, so not have been very keen to spend a lot of time in interviewing unless the potential job and company really excites me. Considering the awesome reviews for Workday, I decided to pursue this Project Manager opportunity at Workday when the recruiter contacted me. First round of telephonic interview was scheduled with the hiring manager who was very courteous; the interview lasted for 20-25 mins with him taking ~15 mins explaining about the position and the team and for the remaining 5-10 mins, I gave him a quick recap of my experience/projects. At the end of the interview, he said that I would be called for onsite interviews with the other team members. My interaction with him was so good that I agreed to take a day off to appear for onsite interview. While the interviews with others went just well, the hiring manager told me right after 2-3 mins that I am not a good fit for the role. Basically he was looking for someone who can recite the ditto lines from PMBOK, which is fine, but then he could have ensured this in his 1st telephonic interview; 30 mins of telephonic interview was more than enough to check if the candidate can recall his PMBOK topics Vs. shares his real work experience. What a waste of time!

Very easy and obvious questions on project management
Pretty standard. I met with HM, Director, and panel (product, engineering). Everyone was inviting and pretty open about expectations for a new product launch. The panel is always nerve wracking as you have to go through the product launch phases, and testing product sense.

Worked through recruiter which was very difficult however the actual initial interview went well. I lost contact with the interview process due to recruiter not being able to communicate effectively. Gathered there are various sub-departments that function as "small start-ups" in recruiters words.
