Very basic questions, the “interview” went for literary 8 minutes via video call. The HR was sitting on the floor of her house; after a week I got an email saying that I wasn’t successful, how could I possibly be successful when the interview almost didn’t happen?

It was a nice process, too length probably for a junior role. The case study was the most crucial part of the process ( to check english fluency, how you'd approach cold calling, talking points for specific profile of potential customer).

Several steps with different interviewers, it's one had a clear purpose to serve. I got feedback after finishing each step which was really important. Got the offer after 20 days.
