A recruiter rang me and asked me to come for an interview the next day. It was very friendly and the people were nice. Two sheets of questions were used to test my knowledge about php and computer science, from very simple to quite tricky. They didn't expect me to get the tricky ones and mostly I didn't, but I worked through them with their help. Met the CEO at the end for a 2nd interview of about 10mins (after 1hour30 of interview or so already I'd guess). I had the feeling they were more interested in finding the right person to fit the company than finding a perfect skills match.
