Entrevista
The interview process at Wonderlic was lengthy and challenging to get through, which was disappointing given how strong the initial conversations were. There were four rounds in total: an initial screen, a leadership conversation, and a third-round Zoom panel with three team members that included a live “mock client call” exercise. The work exercise required reworking their provided slides, which were poorly structured and didn’t reflect the quality expected for a real client-facing presentation. While each interview itself went fairly well and the people were personable, the process was marked by inconsistent communication and a lack of follow-through. I had to repeatedly reach out for updates, as next steps weren’t scheduled unless I initiated contact. After being told I had advanced to a final interview, communication stopped for several days, and I later received a generic rejection email stating that both roles had been filled. Overall, the process left a negative impression. The lack of communication and professionalism undercut what initially appeared to be a values-driven organization. Candidates deserve transparency, timely updates, and respect for the effort and time required across multiple rounds of interviews. It was disappointing to see that the process didn’t reflect the company’s stated values.

They send multiple assessments that take a long time and do not have a human reach out at all, just sent an auto-rejection email. Very inconsiderate to waste an hour or so of your time and not even have the decency to reach out.

Process took 4+ weeks.
I have interviewed for the same/similar position postings 3 times over 13 months span. Seems like they are growing or high turnover.
First step was to complete a online assessment. Next was 30 minute zoom interview with the HR recruiter. Step 3 was a second interview with additional person/people. I never got past step 3.
