There were three parts to the interview, all remote. They all involved the CEO of the company, who was very kind and involved in the hiring and development processes. It started with a short meeting where I answered a combination of personality and relevant trivia-like questions related to the position. The second part was a week later and involved a coding challenge. We meet in the morning, they gave me a fairly easy but relevant assignment to work on, and then we met again in the afternoon so I could show off what I accomplished. The third meeting was with the team that I would end up working with. They asked all kinds of questions, but generally not many technical ones, mostly just getting to know you. The whole process took about a month, and I ended up accepting the offer.
