The interview process was too long and confusing, with unclear expectations for the role. The interviewers kept asking how I would shape the role without clear guidelines. They expected me to fully understand the brand's tone and positioning right away, which is unrealistic without being part of the brand for some time. Despite five interviews, there was no HR round, leaving me in the dark about the job's terms, conditions, and salary. Additionally, one interviewer was about 12-13 minutes late to our meeting.

I was recruited from Linkedin, they said my profile fit what they were looking for and would like to have a chat, video call, the interviewer arrived late and wasnt prepare at all, it seem my profile wasnt a match after all and she finished the interview within 1 minute.
