There were multiple stages of the interview process for the Customer Care Expert role in Wix. Cat was really excellent from start to finish of the interview process. Cat kept me in the loop constantly, and I never felt lost throughout the process. It was my first major interview, and I've got to thank Cat for making me feel at ease and calm, I was quite nervous before it all. Cat was always so easy to get in contact with whenever I had any questions before or after the interviews.
