The first process to their hiring process is a language test. At the time of the interview I was in Asia learning another language and did not have opportunity to practice my Spanish before the interview. I remember it being very frustrating to have the language interview before the job interview. I think it would have been nice to have the job interview first to feel more comfortable with the staff and process.

They asked me to translate two different paragraphs from Spanish to English and English to Spanish. They read off very long lines at a time, it was difficult.
