They just ghosted me. I had communicated with a recruiter, then there was an online test (which I passed) and then a take-home assignment. It's been over 3 months since I submitted the assignment and they never got back to me.

Smooth, take home test, hr screen, and then 2 panel interview with the team. Friendly interviews start to finish feedback given, prompt responses from hr. standard hr questions, standard sql, python questions nothing too difficult.

Later, he told me that the my current YOE isn’t sufficient for the role, if so why call me in for an interview in the first place?
