Entrevista
The recruiting is divided in two interviews. The first part is a set of recorded question with videos and you have to record your answers. It also has a part where they give you some sample messages from customers and you have to answer as if you were already a customer support agent. Then they show you a graph and ask questions about it. The second part is a live interview, you meet to team leaders and they ask you questions related to your experience and the job itself.

It was a pre-recorded Interview, They asked about your experience. I don`t think that the questions are relatable to a customer service agent job. Like tell us about a situation where you failed and where you had to work with tight dead lines.
