I filled out an application online with my resume, CV, and references. I was contacted the next day to schedule a one-way video interview and that consisted of 7 pre-recorded questions where I had unlimited think time and unlimited attempts to answer each question. I only had 1 minute to respond to each question which made it difficult because I had to be very concise and to the point. I was contacted to conduct a second live Skype interview a couple days later in which they asked me some more in-depth questions such as "Describe an experience you have had with a behavior (i.e aggressive, etc) and is there anything you would have done differently?" "How would you handle a situation where a child begins throwing blocks?" "What does positive reinforcement mean to you?"
