Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Wireless Zone (Roanoke, VA) en jun 2012
Entrevista
The interview was brief and straightforward. I sat down at a table in the back of the store with the manager at the time and he spent a majority of the time getting to know me instead of asking experience/knowledge based questions. The most important aspect of the job is being people-oriented. You can learn the sales part as you go along.

Do you know anything about customer service?
Are you competitive/non-competitive?
Do you have any background in technology/electronics?
Quick interview with the store manager, simple questions. Very casual, interview was conducted in store during store hours where customers were present which was a little awkward. 2nd interview was at a coffee shop with owner where they asked me to sell them a napkin.

2 Interviews. 1st is with the manager, 2nd is with the district manager and store manager. The first interview is getting to know one another and why you would be the best fit for the position and 2nd interview is reiterating the first interview. Might ask situational questions.

The manager was very up front about what is required and expected. Doesn’t sugar coat and allows you to make an informed decision. When I started, I was already prepared for what the position would entail.
