Simple. Several meetings with staff and a few SQL tests. Had to demonstrate how to test a mobile device end to end with their system. I had to create a harness and manipulate the messaging system to generate all messages from the mobile device and then see the messages traverse the system and appear in FiFo order on the user interface.
