Entrevista
First was the Aptitude test with Multiple choice questions. Once you clear you get a call for interview. This took a long time since there was a bulk recruitment going on and thousands of candidate to be screened.
Technical Interview with one or two panels.
English language test with on the spot essay. There were some personality test questionnaire as well.
