Depends on the urgency. It can be 2 level(with a f2f over skype) Generally simple questions are asked on Project management, Governance, P&L management, etc. Ask relevant question such as job profile from the panelist and try to guage if all of them share the same information. Make sure you get all the clarificaiotn from the HR.
