long process extended over 4 months with a lot of rounds and levels of interviewers. with direct managers and HR. followed by an offer which is negotiable and then a closure
They had done 5 rounds and finally they offered me less salary than what I was getting. I asked them if there was any problem with my performance, they said i am the perfect fit out of 15 odd people they have interviewed. Finally they told me that their budget is limited and they will revise it after 1 year. I do not understand why someone will join for a lesser salary than what they are getting. They seem to be going with their brand name. It was just a waste of time for me. They should have informed about this at the beginning.

Entrevista
Have 3 levels , L1, L2 and HR. 1st one was with the immediate boss and 2nd one was with the boss and his boss. HR round was pretty generic. Was just asked about expected salary. No salary negotiations happened though which was weird
