And the second round is telephonic interview
And then interview
don't have to prepare too much because its all about your communication skills and basic trouble shooting questions
as the package is very low declined the offer

The first round was conducted in group in a well occupied room. There were around 30-40 candidates and a HR. They asked to speak on any topic of our choice and the time limit was 1 minute to each candidate.
Recuerdo el proceso tomo al rededor de 2 semanas para la contratación. Entre por teléfono y la visita al site. Me refirieron . Supongo que eso hizo que el proceso fuera mas rápido

It was easy and a simple process. There were 3 rounds of interview process. First one was a basic hr round and the 2nd one was communication round and the 3rd one was technical round
