Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Wipro
Entrevista
The company came to our college for recruitment. There were three stages: aptitude test, technical round, and interview. The written test consisted of three parts-english,quantitative aptitude and C related. The numericals were quite critical.I advice greater attention to numericals because time is at a premium here. After the test a composition was asked to be written. The topic was related to work environment; and if this procedure is continued in the future, i believe the theme will be along those lines in the coming days as well.It was probably to gauge the orientation of the candidate's understanding regarding work culture and clarity of opinion without being too direct in making statements.
Candidates selected from first round face technical questions in the next stage.Topics from your cirriculum will be asked. There were a whole team from the company just for this round. These 1:1 interactions will depend on how one deals with variability of the interviewer's mood.Range of questions will differ for candidate to candidate accordingly.C and java are the staple topics but one may be asked to select ones favorite subjects.
The HR interview is more or less fine, nothing too complicated. But if you have anything noteworthy in your resume;from accolades to sudden drop in marks, they may want to know about it.Explain it in the best light.Your communication skills will come in handy.
Best Wishes
