This was a competency based interview and two people took it in turns to ask me a question each - 8 questions in total. I then had an opportunity to ask them questions about the role and the potential of the company which was quickly growing. Then invited back to be interviewed by two more senior members of staff. Very friendly and informative in really nice modern building.
