Applied online and was called for screening and schedule for an interview.Was This was during the COVID pandemic; therefore the interview was done on the phone, which took about 20-30 minutes. Was easy and they asked about 5-8 questions.
Only 1 interview was needed, it did took like 2 months before they call me back to start working. No group interviews, i was alone for the interview. Simple question, nothing crazy.
Easy. Basic questions. Very relaxed. Generally wanting to get to know you and find out if you are willing to work when asked and show up for your shifts. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with this company.
It was very calm and there was a personal approach to the second part of the questions which made feel more like a conversation between two friends then a stressful interview
