I participated in the hiring process for an Art Director position at Wingz Media. After receiving an invitation for an interview and confirming my availability, I waited at the agreed time, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response or explanation from the company. I believe communication is key during any hiring process, and not receiving any feedback can leave a negative impression on candidates who are dedicating their time and effort. Even if the interview couldn’t take place, it would have been important to receive a notification or rescheduling. I hope they can improve this part for future candidates, as the rest of the process was organized up until that point.
