I sat down with the manager and talked about my previous work experience and how it might be relevant to a job with Winglish. The manager was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. The interview lasted for about 20 to 30 minutes

There isn't really an interview. The manager will more than likely ask you if you work early mornings and evening shifts. When I was interviewed, it lasted for maybe three minutes.
