The interview was very straightforward. They reviewed my resume and asked me questions about my relevant background experience, asked about my current and future career goals, and they explained job responsibilities and questioned how I would handle certain situations that often arise.

Met with manager of office and then team, was very comfortable and easy to talk to. They are really looking for tech savvy people who want to help others. I think the biggest thing they look for is conflict resolution and customer service.
