At the time, the department manager met me at the front of the store and took me upstairs to the offices. She asked some questions about experience and how I would handle various situations. The second part was conducted over the phone and then I went to a clinic for a drug test. My interview was in 2000, but the process now is similar. The logistics portion of this survey doesn’t allow me to put in a date before 2015, full disclosure.

Went into the office space above the store and was asked the most basic interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, resolving conflict, previous similar experience. Got a call back 2 hours after the interview with an acceptance and first day procedure.

Mostly situational and asked if I had any questions. Really basic interview but make sure you do a little research about the position and company beforehand. Think it was a turn-off that I didn’t ask any questions.
