Phone interview first, followed by an interview by the department head, normal customer service and team building questions, called back the next day for a second interview which was only really a drug test. Waited a few days for a background check. Next was orientation

Very straight forward quick and simple the manager was very knowledgeable about the company and job I was applying for.he gave great feedback to any questions I had about the position.
