Very typical and standard interview. The partner brought a few Legal Assistants with him. They discussed my resume and experience. Plenty of time for Q&A. Very quick turnaround. Very comfortable interview process -- no surprises and nothing unexpected.

Waste of time. I had 3 interviews, first with the recruiter, then paralegal, then attorney and paralegal. It took about a month in total. I had a positive experience and it seemed like I got the position. I was told they would reach out shortly… after a week I followed up and was told my candidacy is still under review. It has now been two weeks with zero response. This process is making me less motivated to work here. I dedicated a lot of time to preparing for my interview.
