Entrevista
The recruiter was initially very responsive and quick. It seemed that she was too quick for the manager who complained in the interview to me that the recruiter hadn’t given her enough time to prepare. I think that this set a negative tone for the interview. The manager and her staff member interviewed me. I picked up that I was already senior to the manager as she was trying to do at Wiley what I’d done in a previous job. She was also evidently unprepared. So, she kept asking the same question. Her colleague didn’t seem like she wanted to be there as she zoned out in the interview. I asked the manager what she’d most like help with from the successful candidate and what causes her biggest headache. She couldn’t answer me.
It was not very professional at all.
I then didn’t hear from the recruiter for weeks. When I followed up, I was informed that they’ve proceeded with other candidates.
Overall, this was not a good experience. It started going downhill at the start of my interview with the manager when she very obviously did not seem to want to be there.
It’s a pity that the hiring manager and her staff let Wiley down as Wiley seems like a great company to work for.

Easy and straightforward interview process. The interview process had first round of written test that had technical questions and logical test. Then there were series of f2f technical interview. they have 2 streams Developer and Production Support. Healthy work environment and people around are helpful for you to grow.
