I interviewed for two openings. And completed a total of 6 interviews. Only to be told they were selected another candidate. This entire process was a waste of time. And VERY unethical. I’ve worked in HR now for over 10 years. It’s clear that these positions were filled prior to posting. Not to mention I had to complete 4 very lengthy online assessments. If a position is already filled DO NOT waste people’s valuable time.
